Opsveda RPA Use Case: Email Response with SAP Actions
This bot automation demo leverages the real-time operational intelligent analysis of our customer data and performs a series of actions in order to mitigate the risk of losing revenue.
The bot automates email exchanges between different stakeholders of our respective customers for example, the stakeholders can be the vendor or the customer representatives, based on intelligent insights it gained from OpsVeda’s Confirmed Late chart under Revenue Risk management. After automating outgoing emails, it then scans the sender inbox for replies to those automated emails and takes according action – which is updating either the stock date on a purchase order, or the requested delivery date on a sales order, both in SAP.
