When an exception is created with a backend developed Procedure, the name of the procedure is defined here. If an exception cannot be explicitly defined using the exception builder or if an exception requires some input parameters, we build it in the OpsVeda system from the backend. Such procedures are specified here so that the exception, when triggered would know which procedure to execute.
